Abstract

This white paper explores aligning old-school theories of servant leadership, Agile methodologies, Lean principles, Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) theory,  Power of Habit with newer Product Management concepts like Go-To-Market strategies and Roadmaps with outcome-oriented approaches and Growth Mindset while applying behavioral insights like Servant Leadership.  Our new theory, the AgileCreativeGrowth© framework approach crafts innovative solutions deeply rooted in customer understanding by fostering collaboration across diverse roles—from C-Suite executives to engineers, designers, educators, influencers, and artists. Delving into the profound wisdom of "The Power of Habit," this paper also highlights the potent outcomes achievable through the synergy of Scrum and Kanban teams within scaled Agile methods, ushering in transformative customer experiences and sustainable growth.
