Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Nicole Chernow-Martinez.
For more than 20 years, I've worked at the intersection of financial services, technology, operations, and customer experience. My career has included leadership and product roles supporting lending, digital banking, payments, identity and access management, customer onboarding, and operational transformation initiatives.
Throughout that journey, I've learned that successful products are not created by technology alone. The best outcomes happen when strong business strategy, thoughtful customer experiences, and practical execution come together.
I founded Agentics Growth Lab to help organizations navigate change, improve customer and employee experiences, and thoughtfully apply emerging technologies while keeping people at the center of the decision-making process.
Whether I'm helping a financial institution modernize a customer journey, improve operational workflows, or supporting local businesses as they grow, my focus remains the same:
